Customised Clothing, Printing and Embroidery

Send us your artwork and instructions as to what you require, we will supply you with an exact cost without any obligation on your part. Please remember the better the quality of artwork supplied to us the better the re-production of your chosen design.

Preferred Artwork

For embroidery a jpeg, Bitmap or even a Compliment slip will be sufficient.

However for printing purposes we would require your design in an Illustrator EPS File.   Please remember to let us know the Pantone references for your logo colours as this makes it easier for us to match them.

Bespoke Embroidery

Your crest or logo has to be digitised initially (unless you have the disc in your possession). Once this has been carried out your logo can be replicated on any item without you having to pay for any additional set up charges. The average cost to digitise your logo is £25.00, but this really depends on the number of stitches and colour changes in your logo, however as mentioned we can give you an exact cost of this process before you go ahead. Customised Printing

This is another option open to you to customise your products. Again there is a set-up charge, which varies in accordance to the number of colours in your design and, the kind of printing you require. If you would like

Promotional Screen Printing

For the basic one colour logo there is a set-up and screen charge of £25.00

Vinyl Printing

Vinyl printing is normally the cleanest and most cost effective method for small runs or even one offs. Set up of basic text is charged at £10, however, if you can supply your chosen text to us in Adobe Illustrator Version 7 in a vector file (Create text to outlines) then you will not incur any set up costs.

Heat Transfer Printing

The heat transfer process can produce larger runs of single colour and right up to full colour process designs. The costs for this method are calculated on the size, number of colours and the quantity required. Again as above no set up charges will be incurred as long as the design is supplied to us in Adobe Illustrator in a vector file (Create text to outlines). It is imperative that you provide us with your Pantone references.

Bespoke Garments

Many of our regular customers have experienced this service. If you tell us what you require we will manufacture your garments to your exact specifications ... tracksuits, sports kits, bags ... the list is endless.
